Over the course of more than 20 years of nonprofit and corporate executive leadership, Matthew has served in roles of Executive Director, CEO, COO/CFO, Director of Operations, and more. He has navigated ministries and faith-based organizations through significant transitions to improve their organizational operations. As a GSB consultant, Matthew brings this transformational leadership to better position clients for growth in services.

Equipped with a master’s degree in business management, Matthew is also a certified provider of the Harrison Assessment, a robust predictive analytics profiling tool used to enhance recruiting and employee development. Matthew lives in League City, Texas, near Houston, with his wife Jennifer and their two sons, Christopher and Alex. In his spare time, Matthew coaches youth basketball, smokes Texas barbecue, and cheers on the Houston Astros and University of Illinois Fighting Illini!
