Passionate, insightful, and visionary are all words that have been used to describe Jared by organizations with whom he has worked.

As a congregation pastor for more than 14 years, he has led Annual Appeals, Special Stewardship Appeals, and Capital Campaigns. These settings have helped him develop skills of organizational leadership and strategic planning. “I empower congregations to listen to their participants and to God. Doing so, allows them to follow their call and fulfill Christ’s mission for the life of the world,” says Jared.

Jared also has gifts and experience working with congregations in conflict and transition. He is a trained Intentional Interim Minister with skills for congregation systems analysis, conflict management, and empowering participants to see a future with hope.
